Edward S. Curtis and the North-American Indians - Photo exhibition

A taste of the exhibition
Photographies shown at the exhibition picture North American Indians with their nobility of soul and character.

It is not possible to pass by the photographs as if we went through a history album in a few minutes. We cannot do other than stop and think about these wonderfully taken photo masterpieces and express our honour to the acknowledged photographer and ethnographer Edward S. Curtis.

He had an objective when taking the photos. We can say he completely fulfilled it. He wanted to show the multiple lives of North-American Indians. The exhibition includes sixty museum quality photos. Most of the prints were made with rare proceedings that Curtis originally used when he did his later acclaimed works. The Embassy of the USA is proud to present the exhibition in cooperation with the Millenaries.
